Job Opportunity

The School of Mathematics is seeking academic appointments at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level for individuals with a strong research focus in Applied Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.

We are looking for candidates who have a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant mathematical science, demonstrated research ability, and effective teaching experience.

Candidates must have a strong publication record in top, peer-reviewed journals and the capacity to continue productive research at the international level.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant mathematical science, as well as demonstrated research ability in Applied Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.

You will also need to have effective teaching experience and a strong publication record in top, peer-reviewed journals.

In addition, you will require a capacity to continue productive research at the international level and a strong dedication to independent research and research leadership.
