About ACC Singleton
Australian Christian College (ACC) is a protestant non-denominational Christian Education organisation.

ACC is part of Christian Education Ministries, with 14 schools across 5 states, and is the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia.
ACC Singleton (ACCS), located in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, offers programs from Prep to Year 12 and has been operating for over 12 years.
The college has seen significant growth in student numbers and academic results recently.
In 2025, construction will begin on an 18-classroom building to accommodate growth from 420 to 600 students over the next five years.
The College Principal and Board are committed to fostering a culture of excellent teaching, positive relationships, and continuous improvement.
About the role
The College is currently implementing double-streaming classes, with two classes in Year 7 and Year 8, and a new Year 9 class starting in 2025.
Years 10-12 have one class each.
The STEM (Mathematics / Science / Technology) Coordinator (Years 7–12) will be a key member of the College Leadership Team, promoting the College's Vision, Values, and School Improvement priorities, especially in STEM.
The Coordinator should be a strategic, relational leader who oversees teachers in these areas, providing support and guidance.
The role includes time release and salary loading, with responsibilities to teach STEM classes, offering engaging and well-organized lessons.
Opportunities also exist to contribute to initiatives such as instructional coaching, STEM enrichment, and data analysis.
This full-time position begins in January 2025.
About You
Ideally qualified to teach Science or Mathematics.
Demonstrated ability to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
Excellence in teaching aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Strong leadership skills in strategy, collaboration, and relationship building.
Proficiency in planning, data collection, analysis, and implementing strategies to enhance student outcomes.
Active Christian faith, relevant tertiary qualifications, and NESA accreditation (or eligibility).
