Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to work end-to-end on various product initiatives including integrating with merchant partners. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering quality products in the Merchants space and liaising with various teams such as Commercial, Data and Research.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through customer-centric design solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Design and deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design
  • Portfolio of interaction, UX and visual design work demonstrating ability to solve customer problems and drive strong business outcomes
  • Experience designing for native mobile and web platforms
  • B2B2C experience and knowledge of financial services domain
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
