About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product and Design team at Eucalyptus. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for defining, shaping, and designing high-quality experiences for our patients via our mobile app and internal admin functionality.

Your primary focus will be on patient engagement, working closely with our medical team, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will contribute to the product vision, drive parts of the discovery process through research, competitor analysis, and data, and work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to transform complex problems into simple, user-friendly, and elegant experiences.

You will facilitate customer research, including problem discovery and prototype testing, to level up usability and produce UX artefacts. Additionally, you will create and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit feedback and ideas, guide them through brainstorming and collaboration, and champion best design practices and ways of working within the company.

What We're Looking For
  • A seasoned UX/UI practitioner with 5+ years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in B2C companies.
  • Strong design all-rounder with a sound understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficient in Figma, with a design portfolio showcasing web and mobile experiences, including documentation of the end-to-end design process.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments, writing design specifications, and handing over to engineers.
