Tabcorp is seeking a Product Design Operations Lead to commercialise the design and product process through innovation, change management and collaboration.

About the Role

This pivotal role will be instrumental in scaling the capability and expertise of the design team, enabling the delivery of market-leading product experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish design standards and best practices.
  • Implement agile design methodologies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in the design process and develop strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the professional development of the design team by helping establish and maintain our Design Communities of Practice.
  • Define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of design operations.
  • Oversee the utilization of design tools and software, ensuring they are up to date and align with the team's needs.
About You

We're looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, a flexible and collaborative mindset, and a strong problem-solving ability. A background in design is preferred, and knowledge of industry tools and Agile methodologies is highly regarded.
