As a key player in our expanding sportsbook, we are seeking a talented Risk Analyst to oversee the development of our risk management department.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing betting activity on various sporting events. Utilizing their analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, they will create and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of risk operations responsibilities and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective systems for managing liability and reacting to alerts and suspensions.
  • Enhance customer segmentation tiers through analysis of betting patterns.
  • Own risk performance reporting at a team and individual level.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive performance improvements.
  • Contribute to enhancing price assurance strategies to achieve valuable KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners around the globe.
  • Mentor team members and ensure work is performed accurately, efficiently, and quickly.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who has a strong passion for data and numbers, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative approach. To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A solid understanding of statistics and probability.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with great computer literacy.
