Job Description:

  • As a risk management professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in managing its operational risk profile. Your primary responsibility will be to provide portfolio level reporting and maintain governance and oversight to event and issue management across the business.
  • Working closely with a highly engaged and multidisciplinary team of risk and compliance enablement specialists, you will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and facilitate monthly risk forums to ensure timely and effective risk management practices.
  • Develop portfolio level risk reporting for divisional risk committees, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the leadership team in maintaining the business risk profile across various risk systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform daily incident triage and direct event management activities, providing swift and effective responses to emerging risks.
  • Coordinate internal audit issue and action activities, ensuring prompt resolution and closure.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in operational risk management, assurance, or operational excellence, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in contributing to high-performing teams, building new work streams, and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights.
  • Strategic thinking coupled with strong execution and delivery focus, with a proven track record of achieving results.
