Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with our senior chefs to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are run efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced cooking role within the hospitality industry.
- Previous function catering experience.
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for delivering the best food service for our customers.
- Commercial Cookery Trade Qualifications.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a prompt and efficient manner.
