Job Title: Change Management Specialist

At NCS Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and managing change management and communications activities across multiple, large change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful transformation of our organization.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder communications and engagement to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the change process.
  • Provide communications support for key community events, process improvements, and change initiatives.
  • Coach smaller projects on change management practices and help them adopt and implement effective change strategies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and implementing change management and communications plans across multiple transformation projects in a large organization.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to manage and produce high-quality written material for a wide range of audiences and shared across various channels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, while prioritizing work under pressure.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) highly regarded.
  • Previous insurance domain experience required.
