We are seeking a skilled Change Analyst to join our Change Management team and support the delivery of effective change management and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Change Manager with analysis and planning of change initiatives across the Recovery Program, ensuring alignment with the broader ICS framework.
  • Engage and build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand and manage their needs and challenges, assessing the impact of changes and supporting their readiness to adopt new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and support the implementation of change management plans, including creating and maintaining relevant documentation, support material, and communication strategies.
  • Support the Trainer with the development of training needs analysis and support the design and deliver training materials and support resources to facilitate effective adoption of change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments using change methodologies (PROSCI/ADKAR) to identify affected stakeholders and potential challenges, providing insights to guide the development of counter-strategies and support plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Change Analyst or Change Specialist focused within the ICT sector.
  • Having an Introductory or intermediate-level certification in Change Management, such as PROSCI or ADKAR is strongly desirable.
  • Proven experience supporting organisational change initiatives as part of a project team, contributing to successful change outcomes.
  • Experience working on change projects related to technology solutions, process improvements, or cultural adjustments.
  • Prior experience working within the Public Sector is ideal.
