We're looking for a seasoned Loan Operations Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of loan administration trade entries, ensuring seamless execution of loan processing, and driving operational excellence.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of loan management systems and software, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in loan administration or portfolio management, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle from onboarding to repayment
  • Handle settlements, restructures, and complex modifications
  • Implement digital document management for loan files
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive loan procedures manual
  • Oversee daily loan servicing (drawdowns, repayments, rollovers)
  • Monitor covenant compliance & regulatory reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in loan administration or portfolio management
  • Strong knowledge of loan management systems and software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
