Job Overview

This position presents an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, overseeing a diverse fleet and driving operational excellence across one of the state's most critical transport networks.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in transport/logistics, with 3+ in a senior management role, and experience in heavy haulage and large-scale fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all WA transport operations, ensuring safe, on-time, and cost-efficient delivery
  • Optimise fleet utilisation and implement strategies to boost productivity
  • Lead and develop Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Drivers to achieve results
  • Analyse operational data to improve performance and identify opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain exceptional service standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements
