Transport Operations Coordinator


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing safe and cost-effective transport movements from suppliers into distribution centers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute daily transport operations for multiple lanes simultaneously in our Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Monitor Chain of Responsibility (COR) compliance with carriers and suppliers
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and carrier partners to deliver quality service and meet on-time delivery targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the retail/transport/logistics industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent systems and computer skills
