Australian Distilling Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House/Bar Staff to join our team at our soon-to-open venue in the Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge as the face of our brand
  • Maintain a high standard of venue presentation and ensure a clean and welcoming environment
  • Accurately take and process orders with precision and efficiency
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, with attention to detail and presentation
  • Work across a seven-day roster with operational hours from 11 am to 10 pm

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender with a current RSA
  • Focused, driven, and motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and supportive team
  • Professional presentation with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of personal grooming and attire
