Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance expert to join our team in Tamworth, NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality protocols and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement them effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the development and implementation of quality protocols and procedures.
    • Contribute to the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards.
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to educate and mentor on quality assurance and auditing processes.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration (RN) is desirable.
  • At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role.
  • Demonstrated quality, compliance and clinical governance understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
