We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to assist in ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Standards.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector, including current legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding, with experience in accreditation and auditing processes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with accreditation and auditing processes, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating, educating and mentoring clinical staff on best practices and quality standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, driving positive change and outcomes for our residents.
