  • Provide practical assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Engage clients in social activities and promote community participation.
  • Build rapport and relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

As a Support Worker, you will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs. We offer flexible working hours and a supportive work environment, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with participants having autism and mental health conditions.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and valid NDIS screening check clearance.
  • Reliable vehicle and National Driver Licence.
