This role presents a chance to provide high-quality support and care to clients, enhancing their independence and well-being.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance
- Providing transportation and social engagement opportunities
- Supporting clients with community access and recreational activities
- Offering light domestic duties, including meal preparation and cleaning
- Delivering behavioural and mental health support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The right to work in Australia
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Working with children check
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in Greek
- Driver Licence required
- National Police Certificate required
- National Police Check preferred
Work Details:
- 15 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, rotating roster
- Penalty rates apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Participating in regular training and professional development
