About the Role

As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will help individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities become work-ready and find suitable employment. APM delivers employment services programs across Australia, and you'll be based at our Richmond site. We support people to achieve employment, independence, and improved wellbeing.

You're passionate about working in a collaborative environment, providing exceptional customer service, and making a positive impact on people's lives.   • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
Key ResponsibilitiesJob Seeker Support
  • Support job seekers to source and secure employment opportunities
  • Assess job seekers' skills and abilities and develop strategies to increase their employability
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
Training and Development
  • Deliver training and support services to increase job seekers' capacity for employment
Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations to create employment opportunities
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
