Job Title:

Logistics Operations Coordinator

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily operations across our offices in Sydney and Auckland. Your key role will involve coordinating freight, handling project schedules, booking staff travel, and organizing office supplies.

This position requires a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments. You must also be highly organized and confident in working unsupervised.

The ideal candidate will have clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to assess situations and build action plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring timely delivery and receipt
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines
  • Book staff travel arrangements
  • Organize office supplies and materials
  • Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Plan and execute internal and external events
  • Provide general administrative support to teams in Sydney and Auckland
