Deputy Principal Job Opportunity

Rosewood State High School is a small high school in a rural setting, catering to approximately 520 students. This environment allows for strong relationships between students, staff, and families, promoting personalized attention and a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the Australian Curriculum V9 across the school, enhancing staff capability to support this agenda;
  • Developing and implementing a whole-school literacy and reading process, including scope and sequences, quality assurance, and professional development opportunities;
  • Leading collaborative planning days, professional learning communities, and stakeholder engagement to create a culture of belonging;
  • Contributing to the strategic vision of the school, aligning curriculum, pedagogy, and values with the school's mission.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and achievement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure the school's vision is realized.
