Leadership Opportunity in Education

We are seeking an exceptional educator to fill the role of Assistant Director, responsible for leading and guiding a dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership position.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to build positive relationships with staff, children, and families, and drive quality and continuous improvement in the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations and successful running of the centre.
  • Guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.
  • Actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms).
  • Proven systems and platform experience with Humanforce, Qikkids, and Facebook.
