About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to take on a leadership role in our educational team. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that promote learning and development in young children.

You will work closely with our Centre Director and other educational staff to ensure that our programs are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in shaping the educational direction of our centre and ensuring that we provide the best possible outcomes for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Lead a team of educational staff to achieve excellent educational outcomes
  • Collaborate with Centre Director and other educational staff to align programs with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Experience in educational leadership or management
