Job Title: Educational Leadership Position

The position of Educational Leadership requires a visionary and skilled professional to lead a school community in delivering quality learning outcomes for all students. The successful candidate will have a major influence on developing the quality of teaching and learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced educational leader to join our team as a Principal. As a key member of the school leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the school and its operations, and for taking a leadership role in the broader education and corporate arenas.

  • Develop and articulate a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
  • Be futures-oriented and strategic.
  • Understand the legislation and policies impacting on schooling.
  • Manage resources to achieve goals.
