Project Coordination Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management activities, including planning and schedule construction. They will work closely with project managers to ensure that all projects are scheduled and resourced according to our global guidelines.

The role requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse groups of people.

  • Development and implementation of project schedules
  • Collaboration with program managers and project managers to integrate strategies and methods within project schedules
  • Schedule analysis activities
  • Support to project managers with day-to-day schedule management
  • Maintenance of project schedule baseline and reporting of variances to program manager
  • Schedule quality assurance activities
  • Update and maintenance of program management schedules
  • Production of weekly customer-facing schedules as required
  • Review of project milestones and identification of anomalies or inconsistencies
  • Work with project managers to understand current and emerging requirements for effective resource planning
  • Assistance in reviewing progress made against the program plan through earned value reporting
