Job Title: Scheduler - Programme Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled schedulers for long-term defence contract engagements in Canberra. The positions cater to varying levels of experience, ranging from junior to senior programme management specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules using MS Project or OPP
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project risks and opportunities
  • Providing expert scheduling advice to programme teams
Requirements:
  • 3 + years' experience in programme management and scheduling
  • Current NV1 security clearance or above
  • Proven experience working in the government defence sector
  • Prior consulting/management consulting experience an advantage
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in programme management or a related field
Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
