About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our People Experience team at Pitcher Partners Australia. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and support to senior leaders on a broad range of people matters, including employee development, performance management, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on people-related matters, including employee development, performance management, and well-being.
  • Implement cyclical HR activities within dedicated practice groups and work on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure policies, practices, and programs are addressed at the firm and individual practice group level.
  • Conduct analysis of HR metrics and trends to determine areas for improvement and implementation within designated practice groups.
  • Lead and/or support HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvement, and system implementation.
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • HR Business Partnering experience and delivery of strategic initiatives within a professional services firm.
  • Best practice and HR generalist knowledge, with a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Consultative and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple business priorities and projects.
