- Contribute to P&C Team: Actively participate and contribute as a member of the P&C team, offering strategic and practical input from a people and culture perspective.
- Foster a Culture of Wellbeing: Contribute to the establishment of a future-thinking team by fostering a culture of wellbeing and high performance amongst self-governing teams.
- Manage Organizational Change: Manage organisational change effectively, ensuring all business changes are well considered, carefully planned, and effectively implemented with people brought along the journey.
- Lead Investigations and Issue Resolution: Lead effective investigations and issue resolution in keeping with legal frameworks, and principles of fairness, integrity, and objectivity.
- 7+ years' experience in a P&C Business Partner or other HR role, including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management or program implementation.
- Knowledge of organization design, talent, and culture.
- Strong business acumen and understanding.
- Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills at all levels.
- Experience objectively coaching employees and management through complex and difficult situations.
- Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and statutes for employment.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
