About the Role

Optimum Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, driving compliance and governance, and leading engagement and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Participate in the development of the company's HR strategy and contribute to the creation of aligned HR strategies, policies, and practices for the business unit/function.
  • Business Partnering: Provide high-quality people services across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Compliance and Governance: Drive compliance and governance in all areas, including HR information systems, data analysis, and IR/ER processes and legislation.
  • Change Management: Support leaders with change management responsibilities across the organization, including workforce planning, organizational design, and communication.
  • Talent Development: Design, implement, and deliver frontline training programs across the business, and assist business units in identifying needs and skills gaps.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a People and Culture advisory/business partnering role, with a true generalist background across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR information systems, data analysis, and IR/ER processes and legislation; ability to build relationships and influence a large stakeholder group across the business.
