Key Responsibilities- HR Strategy Development: Participate in the development of the company's HR strategy and contribute to the creation of aligned HR strategies, policies, and practices for the business unit/function.
- Business Partnering: Provide high-quality people services across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Compliance and Governance: Drive compliance and governance in all areas, including HR information systems, data analysis, and IR/ER processes and legislation.
- Change Management: Support leaders with change management responsibilities across the organization, including workforce planning, organizational design, and communication.
- Talent Development: Design, implement, and deliver frontline training programs across the business, and assist business units in identifying needs and skills gaps.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a People and Culture advisory/business partnering role, with a true generalist background across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR information systems, data analysis, and IR/ER processes and legislation; ability to build relationships and influence a large stakeholder group across the business.
