Based at our Elgar Road Campus, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Trainer to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise in the classroom to students undertaking the Light Vehicle Certificate III course.

A key aspect of this role will be creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. You will need to adapt teaching materials and delivery to maximise opportunities for training and increase employability for our students.

As an experienced trainer, you will deliver innovative sessions to engage students and support their goals in becoming qualified in their chosen field. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with passionate individuals who are keen to learn from dedicated professionals like yourself.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) (mandatory)
  • Electric/Hybrid vehicle experience highly desirable
  • Passion for your industry and a desire to share your knowledge and skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate skills & knowledge utilising a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools that would ensure a successful training program
