Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Innovation and Development: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative engineering solutions and work processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance on secondary systems and protection design projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Design and Implementation: Oversee the development of comprehensive engineering designs, from concept to detail, including specifications, report writing, calculations, and relay configurations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Australian standards and sound engineering principles, maintaining the highest level of quality.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise: Strong experience in transmission secondary and SCADA environments, with a focus on HV transmission substation protection systems.
  • Design and Integration: Proven ability to source, select, and integrate control systems hardware and associated cabling into substation design.
  • Customer Relationships: Excellent track record of managing internal and external customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success.
