Job Responsibilities:
  • Win clients by achieving revenue targets, developing proposals, and managing bid planning, costing, writing, and technical inputs.
  • Accountable for project delivery, including contract negotiation, project management, timeliness, quality, risk management, financial performance, communication, and scope management.
  • Manage project profitability, ensuring financial performance in accordance with client proposals and business plans.
  • Lead a small team of junior staff, ensuring their ongoing development and motivation, and provide technical expertise and oversight on all technical aspects of projects.
Requirements:
  • We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning, who can demonstrate how they've worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.
  • You'll have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering, and extensive experience in electrical engineering professional/technical primary or secondary substation design, high voltage (400-500KVA), and strong engineering consulting and client management skills.
  • You should be an excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical, and technical skills, and a strong client focus with a proven track record in business development.
