Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established project homes builder with a strong reputation across their 30+ years of operation. The company is currently building around 200 new homes a year, providing a stable and secure work environment.

The primary focus of this role is to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty claims, service requests, scheduling, and coordination. You will be responsible for liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resolution of issues while providing top-tier customer service.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in a timely and professional manner. This includes coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians or contractors as needed, and maintaining accurate records of all warranty claims and service requests.

In addition, you will be expected to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, as well as providing exceptional customer service and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a service coordination, warranty management, or customer service role within the building or construction industry is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is also highly desirable.
