Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Warranty Adjudicator. This position is responsible for adjudicating warranty claims, supporting dealers with claim resolution and training, and managing claims via SAP or designated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on warranty claims using OEM guidelines and local bulletins; adjudicating claims promptly and accurately.
  • Supporting dealers with claim resolution, training, and timely responses to warranty-related queries.
  • Managing and submitting claims via SAP or designated systems; reconciling monthly OEM credit notes.
  • Assisting in policy reviews and system testing; supporting IT during upgrades and maintaining training materials.
  • Analyzing and sharing data trends with technical teams; contributing to ACL case assessments and third-party repairer communications.
  • Enhancing customer experience by supporting escalations, providing PWA authorizations, and conducting warranty training sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' warranty experience at dealership or OEM level; technical background preferred; strong Excel and SAP skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric, accountable, decisive, with strong planning, influencing, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • High level of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
