Spark Foundry is seeking a Digital Director (Paid Search skew) to join our Sydney team and work on a high-profile client within the Publicis Groupe.

This is an opportunity to be part of impactful milestone changes and incredible industry-first campaigns for a leading big 4 bank in Australia. You will lead digital performance strategy, activation, and a highly skilled digital activation team.
As the Digital Director, you will ensure industry best practices, lead performance strategy/delivery to targets, and ensure the growth of individual team members. You will deliver accurate and timely reports, optimisation implementation that drives business outcomes for our customers.
Key Requirements and Experience- Minimum technical requirements: SA360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads
- Past experience working on performance-led client accounts with a strong understanding of modern search techniques
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset, data analysis skills, and people management experience
