Regulatory risk management is a critical component of any organisation's overall risk strategy. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks to our clients' businesses.

About the Role

The opportunity exists for a skilled regulatory risk specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our experienced consultants to deliver high-quality advice and solutions to clients across a variety of industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on the development and implementation of risk frameworks and controls
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing risk programs and recommending improvements
  • Designing and implementing regulatory engagement strategies and compliance programs

You will also support our partners and directors in identifying and executing business development opportunities to build our risk advisory brand.

About You

We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years of experience in specialised risk, compliance, and/or regulatory roles. You should have a strong understanding of common tools, frameworks, and standards in this space.

You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can think critically and strategically. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

You will be passionate about delivering high-quality work and taking ownership of your tasks and projects. You will also be enthusiastic about continuing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in regulatory risk management.
