Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Are you a compliance expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in regulatory compliance and a passion for risk management?

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Develop and implement the Risk and Compliance function.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance assessments and reviews of risk obligations.
- Conduct risk assessments where new risks arise or where new processes are introduced across the organisation.
- Provide bi-monthly risk and compliance updates to the Risk Committee and Board.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in financial services/funds/wealth management compliance, regulatory or another control function.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience interacting directly with regulators is highly regarded.
