Your Opportunity

You will take on a crucial role as the lead business partner for the senior executive cohort. Your responsibilities include providing expert human resources advice, managing executive contracts, and contributing to the strategic delivery of client-focused HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver HR programs and approaches.
  • Provide timely and expert human resources advice, consultancy, and case management services to Treasury leaders on a variety of workplace matters.
  • Lead significant HR projects, including the review of policy frameworks and initiatives aligned with Treasury's business needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of workforce management services and actions from the Strategic Workforce Plan to support clients in achieving their business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance contemporary HR practices, leadership skills, and HR content knowledge.

You have a significant background in human resources. You demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills. You are a trusted advisor and take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You have:

  • Comprehensive human resources management knowledge and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide briefings on complex HR matters.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills that will enable you to collaborate across all levels of Treasury.
  • The ability to contribute to strategic HR projects and the development of initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying emerging issues and providing expert advice.
