**Corporate Coordination Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Junior Office Coordinator.
This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a corporate office environment. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing stock inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness of merchandise.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service, retail or hospitality role, and be comfortable with technology systems. They must also be able to work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Action and coordinate daily sample/merchandise order requests
- Supporting with office administration duties
- Labelling products with correct product codes
- Organising couriers
- Managing stock inventory, ensuring products are up-to-date
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of merchandise
- Dispatching of any urgent requests
- Assisting Marketing team with any promotional orders
