We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and their teams, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

About the Role

As our Corporate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement, while preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.

You will work closely with senior leaders to anticipate needs, track compliance, and prioritize meetings while adapting to shifting priorities across a dynamic business unit.

This role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels, and high level of maturity and professional presentation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant in a corporate environment, advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

  • Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
