Job Title: Corporate Operations Coordinator

Our team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at a high-profile corporate site in the Sydney CBD.

About the Role

This on-site, client-facing role requires excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders. You will act as the central point of contact for facilities operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and delegate maintenance requests, track KPIs, and ensure timely completion of work orders in our CMMS system.
  • Support the facilities team with procurement, invoice reconciliation, and budgeting tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies and manage contractor performance.
  • Take ownership of monthly & quarterly reporting and ensure documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in corporate property services or facilities coordination.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Power BI. Experience with Power Automate and Flows will be highly regarded.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound financial acumen and an understanding of compliance frameworks.
