About the Role

Title: Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO

Compensation: Highly competitive executive package. This is not just an Executive Assistant role — it is a strategic VP-level partnership with the CEO of the world's leading AI and technology executive search firm. You will be the CEO's right hand, amplifying impact across the organization, shaping key initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution at the highest level. You will also own and drive C&T's digital marketing strategy, building a powerful online presence, strengthening our global brand, and ensuring our digital channels directly support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner with the CEO to drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee organization-wide initiatives, uniting stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate results.
  • Extend the CEO's reach by building accountability practices and maximizing performance across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from annual planning to execution.
  • Use strategic analysis and data storytelling to track progress and highlight insights.
  • Spot emerging challenges and disruptive opportunities early.
  • Own and elevate CEO communications, partnering with the outreach team on cadence and messaging.
  • Partner with recruiting leaders to ensure diverse, aligned hiring pipelines that match company priorities.
  • Design and execute C&T's digital marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership across digital channels.
  • Oversee digital campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid platforms, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Build and manage key analytics dashboards to evaluate the success of digital initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, high-growth technology, or transformational leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business change.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, analytics, and campaign execution — ideally within professional services, executive search, or B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering innovation, scaling processes, and accelerating execution.
  • A creative problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills, able to cut through noise to find root causes and actionable solutions.
  • Elite time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage both your backlog and the CEO's.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
