Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a key advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.

  • As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, overseeing organization-wide initiatives, and extending the CEO's reach by building accountability practices and maximizing performance across teams.
  • You will lead cross-functional projects from annual planning to execution, utilize strategic analysis and data storytelling to track progress and highlight insights, and identify emerging challenges and disruptive opportunities early.
  • Your responsibilities will also include owning and elevating CEO communications, partnering with the outreach team on cadence and messaging, and designing and executing a digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership across digital channels.
