Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

This role will oversee the planning and scheduling of raw materials for a manufacturing facility to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
