Job Title: Health and Safety Manager FIFO
We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Specialist to lead our site's health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a culture of excellence in occupational health and safety.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure the site meets all health and safety standards.
- They will also lead investigations into incidents, conducting thorough reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing health and safety strategies aligned with client specifications, including emergency management plans and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and provide expert advice on legislative requirements and best practices in health and safety.
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Proven track record in developing and managing health and safety policies and systems.
- Experience working on greenfield projects, precast walls, earthworks, and access roads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
