Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum (based on hourly rate of $27.18), including penalties applicable as per the Hospitality Industry General Award

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our regional Australian locations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol procedures are followed at all times
  • Greet guests and escort them to tables
  • Train and monitor Food and Beverage Attendants to meet service standards
  • Supervise Team Members in all aspects of outlet operations, providing assistance where needed
  • Maintain accurate recording and verification of Team Members' time records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current RSA certification is mandatory
  • Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
