Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Business Financial Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and accounting support for Accor's global operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting, with experience working in the hospitality industry. A degree in finance or accounting is essential, and a CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and influencing skills, as well as the ability to set goals and priorities tasks for themselves and their team. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with property General Managers and their teams
  • Provide ongoing assistance to Property GMs on operational matters with a financial perspective
  • Establish and manage appropriate accounting controls and procedures to maintain the integrity and manage business risks
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely property financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with standard and local operating procedures

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
