">About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our high-performing legal team, seeking experienced lawyers for fixed-term opportunities. Reporting to the Director Legal - Commercial and Projects, you will provide authoritative advice on complex legal matters supporting major commercial initiatives and other contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and advise on significant legal risks in projects
  • Effectively manage external advisors to ensure high-standard advice and services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Present annually on matters advised
  • Contribute to a positive team culture
  • Ensure safe storage of legal knowledge and documents
  • Assist in delivering other legal advice and tasks as directed
About You

We are seeking senior legal professionals who can lead and deliver high-quality legal advice on complex matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial documents, applying advanced legal knowledge and adapting content to meet project needs and minimise risk.
