Job Description

We are seeking a senior lawyer with technology expertise to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and e-commerce platform regulations, consumer protection law, and technology-related law.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in providing legal review and guidance on new and existing product offerings and platform features, supporting both Agoda and its adjacent business unit.

Key responsibilities include conducting legal assessments of new and existing products, delivering concise and actionable advice to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Risk Management: Proactively monitor and analyze changes in e-commerce and technology laws and regulations, advising on product strategy and leading regulatory change management projects.
  • Product Review: Conduct legal assessments of new and existing products, delivering concise and actionable advice to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

As a senior lawyer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand product visions and offer legal insights from ideation through deployment.
