We are seeking a skilled professional to manage subcontracts, variations, and progress claims with precision and accuracy.

  • Ensuring subcontract administration aligns with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Overseeing project costs, budgets, and cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to support project delivery and resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
  • Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering sector.
  • Proven expertise in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion, and close out.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
